Confused about the difference between cleaning, sanitizing and disinfecting? There are important distinction between each of these seemingly similar actions. Cleaning removes dirt, sanitizing will destroy some bacteria and viruses, and disinfecting will result in more bacteria and/or viruses being destroyed.
